The Posterior Cradle

Below are videos of the Posterior Cradle following the same progression of moves as described in the downloadble pdf from the Tantsu Book.
The progression is similar, but you will see many differences between the moves of Harold on the left and Fabrizio on the right. This is to be
expected because of the emphasis on creative exploration in the newest form. We encourage you to explore on your own following the progression
below as long as neither of you have any condition that counterindicates being in these positions and as long as you are able to stay comfortable
in these positions. We are making these freely available because it can benefit so many people. And it is very much needed in today's world.
But no matter how well you do on your own, you will still benefit from attending a class in which you can receive inspiration and
fine-tuning from an experienced teacher and enjoy sharing with your classmates and the others you have access to on the Registry after the class.

The Anterior Cradle

On the left , the picture at the top is a continuation of the session started in the two movies above it, as are the two on the right. The second video
on the left was our first video of the core tantsu Amber Seitz (my model ) and I were just starting to develop. I had not yet developed the Posterior
Cradle which helps prepare anyone to be in the Anterior and we had not yet started introducing students to freer exploration. When holding
someone in the Anterior Cradle it is very important to keep the curvature in your lower back and be supported on firm cushion(s).
